At Lumenos, we're committed to getting your wellness devices to you as quickly as possible.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (United States)

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Free standard shipping on all orders over $150

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Standard International: 15-20 business days
We currently ship to 28 countries worldwide

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Lumenos is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties which are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is lost or stolen please contact us at support@lumenos.health within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
