Q: Can I use red light therapy if I am pregnant?
A: No. We do not recommend using any red light therapy device during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor before use.
Q: Are your devices safe to use with medications?
A: Some medications cause photosensitivity. If you take any prescription medications please consult your doctor before using red light therapy devices.
Q: Do I need eye protection?
A: We recommend avoiding direct eye contact with the LEDs during use. The LumiMask Pro includes eye patches. For panel use we recommend keeping eyes closed or using the included protective goggles.
Q: Can men use Lumenos products?
A: Absolutely. Red light therapy benefits everyone regardless of gender.
