At Lumenos, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every device we sell.

RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN

· LumiMask Pro LED Facial — eligible within 30 days
· FlexWand Pro 4-in-1 — eligible within 30 days
· Lumenos Pro Full Body Panel — eligible within 30 days
· Lumenos RedWrap Therapy Belt — eligible within 30 days if unopened

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

· Items that have been used or show signs of wear
· Items not in original packaging
· Items returned after 30 days
· Items purchased on final sale

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Email lumenoshealth@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. Once received and inspected we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective please email lumenoshealth@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
